Cheryl Simmons

Cheryl Simmons, O.D., received her Doctor of Optometry from Northeastern State College of Optometry. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Organismic Biology from Northeastern State University.

Dr. Simmons is a therapeutic optometrist with 26 years of experience in practice. She is an experienced optometrist focused on comprehensive eye care, with a special interest in presbyopia treatment.

Dr. Simmons became interested in optometry after her first eye exam, combining her love of science with her enjoyment of working with people. She finds the most rewarding part of her work is helping improve patients’ vision, especially when a new prescription makes a meaningful difference in their daily lives.
